A chill is in the air as the winter weather rolls on here in February. Snowstorms and cold weather are hitting most of the country including us here in Flagstaff, and you may be wondering... is now the time to be on the hunt for homes for sale in Flagstaff? Or is the Flagstaff real estate market dormant and binging Netflix to stay warm like a lot of people out there? You may want to act while others wait for the warm weather before all the homesites are gone in two new communities in and around Flagstaff.
